The staff were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Despite their limited English, they were determined to help us with everything we needed. A special shoutout to Eleonora who even let us make a phone call from her own phone! The owner surprised us with delicious cannoli from his Sicilian restaurant for breakfast, a true treat. They were also flexible with our arrival and departure times, allowing us to store our luggage safely. The shower in our room was amazing, with a modern rain shower head that made us feel like we were in a spa. The location was ideal, right by a bustling shopping street that led to a charming square. It was also a convenient 20-minute walk from the port, which offered plenty of dining and entertainment options. Getting to the hotel from the airport was a breeze, thanks to the affordable Volabus service. the quality of our stay exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend visiting the nearby coastal towns for stunning beaches and delectable seafood. The room was spacious and offered great value for money.

The kids had a blast exploring the play area and making new friends. The staff went above and beyond to ensure the kids were entertained with engaging activities and games. It was such a relief for us parents to have some downtime knowing that our children were in safe hands. We couldn't have asked for a better family-friendly experience.
For dads, it would be great if there were more recreational facilities available for family bonding, such as a games room or outdoor sports area.
